Have some of your favourite music available to complete the atmosphere and soothe you and your baby through your amazing journey.
Pain soothers
Natural techniques such as controlled breathing, visualisation and gentle massage from your trusted birth partner can help reduce the pain of labour. Teamed with a hot water bottle to soothe aches and a cooling spray to help relieve those hot flushes, you can help control your discomfort during labour. It is important to discuss available pain relief options in detail before the birth.
