How long will it take my order to arrive?

We pack and ship Monday to Friday, except for public holidays in Britain.

Most orders are packed for shipping the following working day (the day after your order has been made).

Orders made after midnight or very early in the morning may be shipped the same day.

These are the shipping methods:

Parcelforce 48 hours within UK

Expect your order within three working days from the day you ordered it.

Or four days to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

Parcelforce 24 hours within UK

Expect your order within two working days from the day you ordered it.

Or three days to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

Europe

Delivery by courier within the European Union (but outside the United Kingdom) will normally take four working days from the day you ordered it.
