  • Then your homebirthkit is delivered according to the shipping address you provide.
  • We never see your credit card details. PayPal ensures that your credit card details are kept absolutely private and confidential. As soon as the transaction is completed your credit card details are removed from the PayPal system. Your credit card details cannot be accessed by anyone.

Privacy policy

We keep your information completely private and confidential.

(Unless of course you ask us to publish a testimonial or your birth story on our website as an encouragement to others. But if we do so we will never display your real name or contact details or anything that could identify you or your child.)

Although we take good care to provide safe products which are fit for their usual purpose and of suitable quality, we do not offer any guarantee in respect of them.

Refund and returns policy

The quality of our product is extremely important to us, so we advise that you check the kit on its arrival and contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied in any way. Depending on the item/s you are unhappy with, we will organise an immediate exchange of the faulty item/s or a refund on the entire kit.

You home birth story

If you send us your home birth story we maintain the right to edit it and to publish it or not publish it. You retain the copyright to your story but your name, contact details or any information that can identify you or your child to the general public will not be published.

Giving birth at home is a wonderful thing. But it is not guaranteed to be trouble free.

Please ensure you have adequate support from your doctor, midwife and family.
